We Guarantee all of our products and services to be free of any manufacturers defects. If you have any issues with your LifeFuels Vessel or Pod please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Refunds and product guarantee: LifeFuels guarantees satisfaction of all LifeFuels Vessels for 1 year post purchase date and we will ensure you receive a functional and satisfactory item. We do not however offer refunds for any product after 10 days past arrival date of your order. Refunds will be issues once the product has been returned to LifeFuels in satisfactory condition and the serial number has been verified. After the 10 day period any issues will be resolved with either replacement or factory refurbishment of your product (shipping will be covered by LifeFuels for warranty issues).
Product must have been purchased after August 20th, 2021. No previously purchased systems will be warrantied. However if you have an older system we would be happy to assist you and provide you with a discount code to purchase a new system. As the company is under new ownership we sadly cannot guarantee previously purchased products.
Warranty does not cover dropped or damaged items with the exception to an item that arrives in the mail dropped or damaged. If this is the case immediately take a picture and send proof of damage to email@example.com.
PODS, pods are guaranteed to work in the LifeFuels Vessel, if you receive a POD that doesn't function simply email firstname.lastname@example.org about your issue and a replacement will be sent out.
Pods are guaranteed to work for first 45 days after purchase. We do not replace lost or stolen products.
